Darrell Liski is a serial entrepreneur, having built and led companies across numerous industries including home construction, contract manufacturing and wholesale distribution.
Upon successfully enhancing a portfolio of self-storage facilities and services, structured as a limited partnership, Darrell finalized the sale of this portfolio to a public company and secured a sizable return for the limited partners. In March of 2017, Darrell had successfully exited all active business interests and was ready to take on a new challenge; Darrell started a new venture engaging people with a vision to make a real, sustainable impact in the world.
Rodney Dickerson, Chief Technology Officer

Rodney Dickerson graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and holds a registered professional chemical engineering designation.
Rod has an extensive background in chemical engineering, project engineering and corporate development. He has worked on large-scale projects worldwide, with companies such as Crest Engineering and Petro-Marine Engineering. The past 30 years have included work in the field of advanced microbial technologies for the treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater. Rod served as a founder and board member of In-Pipe Technology Company, LLC, and holds seven environmentally related process patents, with several more pending, covering the treatment of contaminants in water and air as well as the application of microbes to wastewater collection systems.
Bob Dumur, VP – Production | Field Operations

Bob Dumur has over 35 years of experience as a senior-level process administrator with in-depth knowledge across all levels of production process, including MRP/ERP implementation, production cost build-up and documentation.
Bob empowers management, using a disciplined visual approach, to analyze operations and process equipment. As founder and president of Dumur Industries through 2013, Bob helped achieve top-50 Tier 1 supplier status to General Dynamics, manufacturing parts and components for General Motors, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Navistar, Mercedes-Benz and Mack Defense, supporting programs including the Canadian LAV, US Stryker, US Marine Corps, and Austrian and Saudi Arabian ground military combat vehicles. His work has also included the design and manufacture of TAGS vehicles, the first armored unmanned vehicle deployment in Israel and the European Union, later purchased by the US government, plus contributions to a Mars lunar vehicle program bid, a 7-axis plasma cutting robot used to cut the first US Stryker blast-proof hull, components for the Titanic hull's metal disintegration study, and nano-powder development for specialty steel used in ballistic steel and corrosion protection from MIC bacteria.
Anson Liski, MSc, Market Development

Anson is a marketing and communications specialist whose experience includes leading marketing and sales for Modular Storage Systems until its sale in 2017, along with work in the non-profit, NGO and IGO sectors, notably the University of Saskatchewan and the United Nations.
Anson holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Saskatchewan and an MSc in International Politics from Trinity College, Dublin. His studies took him to live and volunteer in Honduras and Ecuador, in addition to extensive volunteer work in Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Thailand. Having lived in communities around the world that have struggled to attain something as fundamental as clean water, Anson is uniquely motivated to be part of the EnBiorganic team.
Mark Heckman, VP – Market Development, Agriculture

Mark Heckman is skilled in agricultural market forecasting, risk management, procurement direction, hedge program creation and sales management, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University, with a minor in Finance and Agri-Business Management.
Mark has extensive affiliations with professional associations including the US Grains Council and the Iowa Corn Production Board. He joined EnBiorganic in 2020, bringing over 30 years of agricultural experience beginning with his own farming partnership and, most recently, as a marketing consultant with Main Street AG, LLC, working with corporations such as Indigo AG, Kent Corporation and Big River Resources. Mark is an analytical thinker with strategic planning skills, experienced in a portfolio approach to customer-centric grain marketing plans, and is a member in good standing of the Global Farmer Network.
Taryn Kennedy, Special Projects Manager

Taryn has a diverse background in finance and executive assistance, and graduated in 2002 with a diploma in New Media Communications from College of the Rockies in Cranbrook, B.C.
With prior experience at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Okanagan College and the University of British Columbia Okanagan, Taryn began as an Accounts Receivable clerk with a local company, advancing to Accounts Payable clerk and then Office Manager. In 2013 she joined Modular Storage Systems under Darrell Liski as an Executive Assistant, providing training and technical support for proprietary computer systems, human resources and accounting. Taryn has since supported a variety of projects including marketing, social media management, key performance indicator reports, shareholder relations and accounting.
Valerie Vivian-Rogers, MSc, Senior Technologist

Valerie Vivian-Rogers is a microbiology specialist with a Master of Science in Biology and Microbiology, with over 30 years of industrial experience centered on microbiology.
Her passion for the field began with graduate work in applied microbiology across soil, environmental and petroleum systems. She has since worked on industrial projects for companies including The Upjohn Company, Alpharma Animal Health Division, In-Pipe Technology and Infinity AG Solutions before joining EnBiorganic. Val has led the design and management of laboratories dedicated to food, water and soil quality testing, is a published subject matter expert, and has recently conducted USDA Organic and Global G.A.P. audits, developed SOPs for manufacturing and laboratory procedures, and worked on monitoring specific Bacillus strains in soil.
Malcolm Burbank, Ph.D., Senior Technologist

Malcolm Burbank is an environmental scientist with a broad background in environmental microbiology and molecular biology, holding Ph.D.s in microbiology, molecular biology and biochemistry.
Dr. Burbank has worked closely with geotechnical and environmental engineers to develop microbiology-based technologies addressing bioremediation of heavy metals by indigenous soil bacteria, seismic-induced liquefaction, and the use of microbiology to increase soil bearing capacity, shear strength, and hydraulic conductivity. He co-founded BioCement Technologies, Inc. as its Chief Science Officer, is an adjunct graduate faculty member at Boise State University's Department of Civil Engineering, and serves as editor at Applied Ecology and Environmental Sciences. A recipient of the 2010 University of Idaho Innovation Award, Dr. Burbank holds numerous patents in the field of indigenous microorganisms.
Joyce Stroot, Ph.D., Senior Technologist

Joyce Stroot, Ph.D., is a classically trained anaerobic microbiologist and molecular microbial ecologist specializing in diverse environmental systems, with broad experience in bioremediation, gastrointestinal microbial fingerprinting, riparian watershed source tracking, biodefense threat detection and subsurface coal-bed methane production.
Joyce earned her Master of Science in Environmental Microbiology from Southeastern Louisiana University, focusing on crude oil bioremediation, and a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois specializing in porcine gastrointestinal microbiota related to improving swine production practices. While at the U.S. EPA's Office of Research and Development, she developed fingerprinting methods for fecal contamination in riparian watersheds, and later joined the Advanced Biosensors Laboratory at the University of South Florida, specializing in biothreat detection. Most recently she served as Associate Research Director for Ciris Energy, Inc., focused on proprietary 'green' methods of secondary methane generation. Her work has produced more than 23 international publications and a method patent.
